The Seasons Grocer Online delivery service is available in selected areas. To check whether we deliver to your area, go to our postcode checker and key in your postcode to find out.
Confirmed orders will be delivered within 4 hours if the order is placed before 5pm. Orders placed after 5pm will be shipped out the next day before 10am. Seasons Grocer is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstance.
The delivery charge for all orders is RM8. Extra charges may incur if the weight of the order exceeds 40kg.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery information you entered in the website/mobile app is accurate and complete. Seasons Grocer Online will not be liable for late delivery or non-delivery of your order resulted by incorrect delivery information.
Receipt of Your Order
To ensure that you do not miss the delivery of your Order, please ensure that someone is at the delivery location to receive your Order within the 4 hours after you have placed your Order.
For unsuccessful deliveries due to reasons caused by you, including but not limited to the following:
i)Nobody was present at the delivery address to receive your Order during the stipulated delivery timeframe;
ii)You were uncontactable during the time of delivery despite multiple attempts to contact you;
iii)Wrong delivery address or contact information entered.
Seasons Grocer Online will not be liable for late delivery or non-delivery of your Order. You may choose to self-collect your Order from your selected store after it has been returned to the store, however, in the event of non-collection, no refund will be given.
You can choose to self-collect your Order from your preferred store using the Self-Pick-Up option. Your Order will be ready to be picked up 2 hours after your Order is made. All Orders made after 5pm will only be available for pick-up the next morning from 9am onwards. Seasons Grocer is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstance.
There are no additional charges for Self-Pick-Up.
